Our programs include Desk Reset Essentials, Movement and Posture Pro, and Complete Workplace Wellness. These programs consist of video-guided modules, printable resources, progress tracking tools, and email support. 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in our programs or use our website. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
